Honeymoon Ideas

I have been searching for a honeymoon destination and I am not getting the best of luck so far. We are looking to go Christmas Day or the day after Christmas - most things are booked already or very expensive because of the holidays. If you have any suggestions or know of any good rates on condos/houses/hotels that would be fabulous! We are interested in going to Mexico or the Caribbean. Something not to expensive!
